Los Angeles question about carmegeddon?
I am confused about the panic about the partial closing of the 405. It seems it is only the North lanes of the 405 and only a few on ramps. Nothing is mentioned about why the Mulholland bridge is being taken down, and what happens to that thoroughfare. it seems they are only taking half the bridge down. what happens to the other part of the bridge.
AQny way , anyone can fill me n. the News does not explain what is really happening , they just talk about the closing and all the parties going on. I guess LA really is a little crazy.

he Mulholland Dr Bridge will be the third bridge demolished and reconstructed to accommodate the widening of the I-405 freeway and to add a northbound high-occupancy vehicle lane through the Sepulveda Pass.
