Los Angeles to Las Vegas Tour?

I am new in USA and right now i am staying in Los Angeles, I want to visit Las Vegas. Can Anybody suggest me good tourism thrugh which i can travel to Vegas for couple of days in weekends.

Are you looking for a 'bus tour' or air/hotel type packages?
Basically, how do you expect to get to Vegas?
