eat a healthy diet, meaning avoid as much as possible the following.
all Partially Hydrogenated Oils, High Fructose Corn Syrup, phosphoric acid (which is in most dark colas) Aspartame, Splenda, Sweet N Low Seems to be the best of artificial sweeteners and been around the longest, the whole cancer thing you used to hear was a bad study. Or try Stevia a natural alternative sweetener to sugar. Avoid All Sodas I looked at every soda at the store ALL are HORRID . But if you need one go for the organic or natural soda. Better off just cutting it out. Caffeine is good. I've done research on it nothing wrong with it, I drink it in tea form mostly Coffee is very acidic.
Unfortunately you got to look at the ingredient list to avoid these things.
If you cook use Canola Oil its the most balanced in Healthy fats like Omega 6, 9.
or even better try Smart Balance Omega as your for all oil.
A Colon cleanse best after a detox tea which you can buy in any grocery store I'm pretty sure.
okay this is easy and cheap, I got my sea salt in the Dollar Tree *don't know if you have one* otherwise its about 3-4 dollars anyways basically MIX 2 Tsp. Of Sea Salt (not iodized) with 1 - 2 Quarts of warm water drink that after a night sleep BEFORE you eat anything, as fast as possible but don't make yourself sick. I've taken 10-15 minutes to drink it, it will work either way just takes longer when u take longer and may not be as powerful, basically what that does is Give you a bowl movement within 1 hour of drinking it, should be done within 2 hours (usually less) basically you pass all that liquid and as you can imagine it takes waste with it. you can do that 2 times in a row if you have the time. or if you feel you have a lot more inside you or you can do it as much as you can do it once a day if you want, as far as I know its safe I do it whenever I feel I've gained a little or am a little bloated, I'm at my ideal weight I'm about 5'9 135 pounds, and I am 29 years old.
You'll loose weight just that alone, and a High Fiber 35+ a day and Protein 50 grams a day. drink a lot of water. :)
in order to maintain your current body weight, you have to burn the same # of calories that you consume (most of this is by breathing, digesting, walking, heart beating, etc.).
in order to lose one pound of non-water weight, you need to eat 3500 calories less than your body is using. So if your body requires 2000 calories to operate, and you eat 1650 calories/day, you will lose 1 lb in 10 days.
A safe amount of weight to lose is about 1-2 lbs per week, although the first week you could lose 3-4 lbs, because of water weight.
I recommend mild dieting and moderate exercise, but if you haven't dieted much before, it is best to start small and get used to a healthier lifestyle. A good website is www.sparkpeople.com. It has a very safe, effective diet plan, and will tell you how many calories to eat, how much to exercise, and how long it should take you to lose weight.
snce your 15 OVER WEIGHT losing it would be preety easy, ide say 2-3 weeks tops, but i woiiuld recommend losing it as slow as possible so u wont gain it up so fast and then some, the first couple of lb are easy to lose, thats why you see peolpe who are over weight lose even 20-30 in the frist month then it really gets though..so make sure you dont keep gaining weight
2 pounds a week is best. Any more than that and you may be losing muscle which will only make you weaker and cause your metabolism to slow down which will in turn cause the fat to come back on.

Depending upon your starting weight, a healthy weight may be 2 pounds per week. So it'll take you about 8 weeks.
I'm trying the same thing. It might take a week and 1 day. Somewere around there. Hope this helps.
to lose wt. you have to eat less calories than you are now consuming
so the change happens when dietary changes happen/don't forget
to keep your water intake at the proper level
depends on your diet and workouts i estimate about 2 months or 3 but remember work hard eat right frosted flakes IT'S GREAT!
