I need to lose 15 pounds fast!.. I way about 138 now, and would love to weigh in the low 120's, which is considered very healthy for my height of 5 ft 3. How can I lose the weight in the quickest way possible without doing it the really unhealthy way of crash dieting?.. I've been running close to 4-4 1/2 miles a day, and doing some crunches and such, but I still need a little more of a boost.. HELP!!!
