Lose 25 pounds? Tips?

I am 17, 150 pounds, and 5'8. I like to exercise everyday except one day. I am trying to become fit and healthy for the summer. How many calories should I eat everyday? How much water should I take? Vitamins? Also what kind of exercises should I do? I don't like running a lot. How much should I exercise everyday (I am at a gym (calories wise)) I want to lose this weight as soon as possible.
