I need a diet plan... What is a good way to lose 20-30 pounds in about 4 months? I am 13 years old. I can follow a PLAN but if I make it myself there are to many maybes. I am a runner. I love sweets but I can get over it. I also like food...so.... I do not like WW eather.... I also like dancing. I plan to do cheer and I am 138 right now.... im 5'3. I drink a lot of diet sodas

Stop with the diet soda. They are an appetite stimulant. They make you hungry. Secondly, you're 13, you need some fat for the growth spurts or you won't grow to your potential. If you cut the diet pop, eat a balanced diet, and mild exercise, you should be all right. (The best diet drink in the world is water). Stay away from plastic water bottles too, they leach a chemical which also stimulates the appetite.

Try going to bodybuilding.com. There are a bunch of plans you can do. There is a section on there where you find a plan. It asks you our gender,age,and if you are trying I gain muscle or lose fat.it's for all ages. It's 100% free no cost at all. The plans are usually 12-week programs. hope this helps.:)
