hi im 18, n 5'1, n weight 48kg, do u think i can lose 6kg, (13 pounds) by the 18th of decmeber??
iv just joined the gym n im plannning to go everyday, but iv always been very active.
i think what i need to work on is how much food i eat.
do u think i cn do it???also a ny advice on how to lose the weight quicker, wat i shud eat etc...????

just recently tried the HCG drops cuz everything else I tried was a waste of time. After all the research I did, there were people for and against it, but all who were against it even agreed that weight was being lost. So, I found a free trial (although you have to pay approx. $14 in shipping) and I did that. The first two days you are supposed to pig out and then start dieting on the third day. When I weighed myself the fourth morning, I was shocked to find that I had lost 3.5 lbs and then another lb the morning after that. I kinda messed up the next day but now i am getting back on track. The foods that I have been sticking with are yogurt for breakfast, fruits as a snack twice a day and for lunch and dinner - turkey, chicken or catfish with salad and/or vegetable.
13 lbs in 5 days isn't healthy. you clearly lost weight and not inches because your body most likely got rid of water weight, and then some fat stored in your body. depending on your age, height and weight. 1-2lbs a week is a healthy amount of weight to lose. i guarantee you're going to gain the weight back if you don't get on a healthier exercise and diet routine.
