I do not use any medication, and i do nothing to my hair (no braid, no iron curly, .... nothing) I keep it natural because im afraid it would be worse if i do these things.
Moreover, my hair is like oily just after 1 or 2 days without washing it. I hate that because it makes my hair looks thinner.
If I wash it, i lose a lot of hair when washing it ><

go see a doctor, this isn't normal, you may be missing something in your diet
1 is your hair long?
2 your are supposed to loose a 100-200 hairs a day that is normal.
3 if you have long hair , you will see more breakage, you need to look at the hair your loosing and see if there is a white ball on the end of it . If there is it is the root of your hair. and it will not grow back. if you don't see a white bulb then its most likely allot of breakage. If this answer doesn't help you, you should go have your thyroid checked. That will make you loose your hair like crazy. and that could be fixed with a little blood work..

It is common for people to lose hair. But, maybe now, Your hair must be long (mine's long and, it loss too)- that when you just wash it, it become very fragile. and, it just break.. The cause of hair loss would be stress. You should get some rest.. and not think too much.. Eat more fruit.. By the way- if you think that symptom persist, I recommend you to buy Pre-gaine shampoo and Regaine gel. And, Horsetail tablet. It may help you grow instead. good luck
Go see a doctor ASAP. It can be a range of things including Thyroid problems, hormones or just a vitamin deficiency e.g. iron. Try to avoid pulling your hair tightly if you use a pony tail etc. That causes breakage. Another thing high school can pretty stressful so that makes your hair fall off. Just stop thinking about your hair cause the more you worry about it the more it will fall off. Good luck!

Please ask your doctor to examine you - there are many medical reasons you may be loosing your hair including poor nutrition, vitamin deficiencies, and hormonal imbalances. Either way, without more information it is hard for me to say, but at age 16, I'd get checked out by the doc.
maybe u need to take more vitamins and iron...eat lots of fruits
make sure u use good shampoo and conditioner to wash ur hair ...cheap shampoo will cause ur hair to fall out more...try a good brand like Herbal Essences, they're prices & products are great
also to protect and keep ur hair healthier, try to sleep on a satin pillow it will decrease ur hair loss

don't be afraid....probably your body needs suplements...
it will take a while but it works almost 100% if there is not any underlaying problem.
You don't need to spend lots of many..just be patient and try to eat not junk food.

it could b a vitamin defeciancy. go to a salon and get it checked out. if it is, then u will have to take special care of ur hair and take xtra vitamins! :)
