You can't really lose an e ticket; they're stored in the computer system. What you lost is your printout of the confirmation/itinerary. It's a good idea to take that with you to the airport, but it isn't absolutely necessary. It's been years since anyone ever looked at that when I've checked in for flights. If you printed out a boarding pass at home and lost that, then go to the desk personnel for your airline when you get to the airport for help.
