If you used a credit card or have a powerup card then you won't need a receipt necessarily. I've just used my powerup card plenty of times to pick up pre-orders with no problem.

Since you have both it's ok if you don't have the receipt.

It depends. Did you use a credit card? Do you have a store points card (reward zone, power up rewards)? If you used any of that, the store will probably be able to find it, especially if you know the date you pre-ordered it.

Best bet would be to call the store and see if they can find your preorder. Otherwise, you might be out another $5.
