Depends on what you're waiting for. The romance starts only after she confuesses to him ánd he finally understands it (which takes about 2/3 episodes if I recall correctly)... it will take about half the episodes before there'll be any real romance... You can always check the episode list on Wikipedia to see when the confession etc will happen :)
