I've been having sort of lower abdominal pains on and off for a few weeks now. It's not really sore sort of a niggly feeling that sort of feels like my bladder is full. I don't really know how to explain it. I don't have any pain when going to the loo or anything. Does anyone know what this might be. I've been freaking myself out looking at stuff on the internet. Going to book an appointment with my doc tomorrow. Thanks
