I could really care less if people smoke pot. My question has a few parts.
The Democrats that pushed the legalization, are the same people that don't want cigarettes in bars. If pot is legal now will it be available in bars in Colorado? I ask this because I've been a traveler, and in Australia it is not uncommon to see a joint fired up in a bar.
If the pot has a positive effect on the economy and the people that sell, grow, or distribute become rich will the 99% want to take them down? Some distributor will come out as king. Coor's beer for example may buy up all of the little guys.
Who feels that this will spread to other states? I personally see positives and neg. of both.
Thank you, this is a serious question for intelligent people from both sides.

It is against the law to smoke in bars, stores, restaurants, etc here. Just like one has to smoke on the patio for cigarettes they will have to do the same with pot. Now the bars owners and crooked cops will be able to sell pot to customers legally but their biggest illegal drug sells are not in pot anyway. They will most likely get more sales in it from those that may not have smoked it publicly and did it privately or wanted to but held off. Time will tell.
They are talking about how proud they are to be regulating pot now. Well I hope it is not the same way they regulate alcohol because it is still high on the list of DUI, and the inmate population.
As a person who has never smoked pot-do not need to break my leg to know how it affects me. Like the sober person in a room of drunks I have seen as a sober person in a room full of stoned how it really affects them and makes them ignorant and stupid.
Sine I live in Colorado I may drive less. Drunk drivers are bad enough but stoned and drunk is an even more dangerous combination. They will have high aggressions and no inhibitions from the alcohol but the pot will make them think they are smarter than they are. Thus they will be aggressive in their stupid actions and probably drive through buildings rather than just into cars. But regardless, the Federal laws currently still make it illegal. Time will tell how that comes out. I am sure Obama will get taxes that way so he will not do anything as he has already said. We will see how other federal government agencies see it.
I feel marijuana will be legalized at the federal level within 10 years and I think it will be good for the economy
In approximately 30 days. yet like they suggested , it is going to nevertheless be unlawful under federal regulation. no longer likely they are going to difficulty somebody .They on no account stricken everybody on the 420 rally each 3 hundred and sixty 5 days.
