On my mass effect one game, i have a level 46 infiltrator. i cannot load it, but i am alowed to replay it when i start a new game? can i carry over my charecter even tho this has happened?
If your save file is corrupt, it's likely that ME2 won't be able to read it either.
Just play it again. :P
You can change your class when you start ME2 anyway, so if it's just about the Infiltrator, it doesn't matter. You start ME2 at level 1 also. All the classes have changed and been given new abilities, etc.
The save file transfer is just for storyline/decisions that you made in the game: which characters are dead, what you've done (like releasing the Rachni queen or not), etc.
