If Peter is walking from his house to the store. The walk normally takes 15 minutes but after three minutes of walking Peter walks past a wormhole to five minutes ago. How low long will it then take Peter to get to the store?

1. He walks past it, not into it. 12 more minutes.
2. The Earth is traveling about 250 km/sec relative to the CMB. Assuming he walked into the wormhole and arrived at the same coordinates, relative to the CMB, he would be diplaced by 5*60*250 km = 75,000 km. With certainty, he would be outside of Earth's atmosphere and would die.
3. If he walks into the wormhole, it is certain the radiation levels would be instantly fatal, he would never reach the store.
4. If he walks out of the (non-lethal) wormhole at exactly the same point on Earth that he entered, maintaining his direction (and health) but 5 minutes earlier, his elapsed time to the store will be 15 minutes by his watch and his watch will seem to be 5 minutes fast. To an outside observer, the duration of his trip will have been 10 minutes.
