A ball is thrown into the air and follows a parabolic path given by the relationship h=-t^2+10t where h is the height of the ball in metres after t seconds of flight.

Find the total time the ball was in flight.

Hey everyone, I have tried doing this question and got t = 0 or 10

But textbook says it is -5 or 15

All help will be appreciated! Thanks!
