Mcdonalds as a 'bad global citizen' -?
i need a little help with my econs assignment..
could anyone give me some direction on what points i should cover to show that mcdonalds is manipulative/exploitive as a multinational corporation?
like, are there any well known scandals or just mcdonalds scandals?

It isn't, and any assertion that it is is nonsense. Trade creates value, and McDonald's does a lot of it: creating value for its customers, its employees, and its shareholders. No one is obliged to eat at McDonald's, or to work there; anyone who does so is satisfied with the deal, or he would not do it.
