I took the asvab with the navy, and i scored a 49...i got out the navy dep and switched to air force...i went to the air force recruiter and he pulled my records and said u got a 31 on the asvab? i said no a 49 and he is pulling my scores again. I have no idea were that 31 came from and if its thier again i may have to test again and i hear its harder each time u take it...I know i got a 49, if i did get 31 i would not have got in the navy
Update:I dont know what happened...i sweared in and everything with the navy...im thinkin that my recruiter had someone do sumthin wit my scores out of anger...

Didn't you get some paperwork from MEPS the first time with the navy?. . . your asvab score would be on a form called USMEPCOM 680.
MEPS is always a disaster. If you do enter(the military) always keep copies of everything you do. Don't rely on anyone else - Murphy's law applies to almost everything you'll do in the military. I'm sure some tightass Obama loving servicewoman will come on and comment on how you screwed up though. There always seems to be one of them here.
edit: there are several versions of the asvab - you most likely won't be taking the same test again.
Your recruiter could very well have tampered with your scores...it would be an action that he didn't act alone in doing though. I would call his Chief and let him know what happened. That could lead to discipline on the recruiter...
Take everything your recruiter says with a grain of salt, sadly they're not the most reliable people. They have quotas they have to meet and will get fired if they can't meet them.
They can't change your scores I told you that yesterday. And it doesnn't get harder it's the same test
Serves you right for trying to change military branches!
Take it again and join the Army infantry, this time around!
