whats the deal with the cops in this game? is it worth the $60 dollars?... is it like need for speed carbon while ur just cruising around and there chasing you for no reason? please respond asap...

it is definitely worth the $60. its fun and challenging. cops only chase you if u speed in front of them or i think even pass a red light in front of them. but u have the choice of pulling over for a small fine or you can try running in a pursuit which will cause a bigger fine.
by the way... there is free roaming in this game.
I think its race to race, meaning no free roaming
