mr. morrids coffee quest final fantasy 9?
i never talked to morrid on disc one, so can i still do the quest? when i talk to him now, all he says is "all i want to do is drink some good coffee" or something along those lines (im on disc 3). everything i've read on google didn't specify whether or not it could be started on disc 3.

No I don't think you can. Whether you can get two of them I'm not sure, but one of them can only be reached during the Treno card tournament, when the mayor of Dali is not at home.
You don't get anything special for completing it anyway, just a model airship that gets put in the gang's 'den' in Lindblum.
