A person can be all three, but its often different people. A composer is one who composes an original piece of music, which is their own!!! An arranger is a person who constructs the piece if its based on other pieces. This is different when the piece is based on other tunes, but if the piece is original, then the composer and the arranger would be the same thing. A musician is anyone who is involved with music; performing it, composing it, conducting it, etc. A musician cannot be used as a title at the beginning of a work for a composer, because it means more than that. If the composer would like to perform it themselves and be responsible for it for the majority of the piece, then musician would be an acceptable title for a person who was named at the beginning of the piece

Arranger - takes all the musical instruments and tracks and directs them (how they play) and puts the tracks together in a way that best conveys the message of the song.

Composer- can also and usually is a musician...actually writes the song...may or may not write more than one part...gets help from arranger to make sure all pieces are in harmony.

I kinda think Musician& Composer are a little diffrent. But I have no idea what a arranger is.

Musician is more like someone that just sings And play a instrument or just plays a instrument or instruments. Now a Composer is just a person that writes their own songs or writes songs. And a Composer is a person who leads a orgesta. And maybe some musicians write the their own song? But I think they would them Singer-Songwriters or Songwriter.
