If you had the chance would you make the U.S and other western countries law into sharia. The law of islam I think. If so why, and if not why. I mean its the law of islam right and you are muslim.
First, before you really decide to implement something, you need to be clear about it.
The Sharia is itself a very disputable matter. The Sharia according to Shia Muslims is ENTIRELY different to the Sunni Muslims. And the Wahabis sharia is another extremity among the Sunni Muslims. Since all the four Mazhabs (Hanafi, Shafii, Malik, Jaafri, and now even modified Wahabi) are different to each other. And do not agree to one another. Therefore the Sharia is a very disputable matter.
You can impose Sharia in an Islamic country ONLY if you drive out ALL the people following any other form of Islam from there e.g. The Sunni dominants regions drive out the Shias and vice versa.
Then you will witness EVEN greater heights of miseries and retribution from Almighty. Why???
Because the Sharia of Allah is in the Quran. And NONE of the Sharia of the so called Muslims e.g. Sunnis, Shias, Shafiis, Malikis, Wahabis etc. is in accordance to it. In fact they all are 180 degrees opposite to Quran. The greatest differences can be found VERY easily:
1- The Quran commands us that we Lash 100 times the adulterers (Irrespective of them being male or female, married or unmarried). While ALL the others say that they stone them to death.
2- A careful examination of Quran reveals that, the punishment of theft is "to mark the hands of thief" and to make him compensate for the losses.
While all the others tend to cut off the hand of the thief.
3- The Quran states that the capital punishment cannot be awarded to women. While in all others, it can be and it is.
4- The Quran discourages capital punishment, by putting strict rules of equivalence. And even if equivalence is reached, it leaves doors open to agreement and compensation.
While this is NOT the case with the Sharias according to Hadith. There is NO room for Equivalence.
5- The Quran states that the wealth of the deceased is to be distributed as per his will. And it encourages and enjoins the individuals to write the wills. The suggestion of the Quran is to be followed ONLY in the absence of the will.
While the other sharias do not agree to the wills of individuals. And as per the Sharia, the distribution is HIGHLY unjust. It deprives the grand children from the wealth, in case their father has died, before the death of their grand father. It is GROSS injustice.

With such deviations, anywhere, where the Sharia will be implemented. It will experience the wrath of God. for sure !!!
Because it is the hypocrisy (Sharia) of men and fabricators and NOT the sharia of God.
Sharia law, as far as I'm concerned, is not the Law of Islam.
Because in court four (4) females are needed to count as a proper witness where as only one (1) male is.
I could list other reasons, but in my opinion Sharia Law does not work. Especially in western countries because there exists people with different religions and adopting Sharia Law in a country where Islam is not the majority religion (I think 85% of the population is a good minimum for majority) is a bit silly because not everyone will be happy.
So no.
But you know, just because I tots said Sharia Law is not the Law of Islam please peoples don't call me a 'turd or anyfing. I'm just a guy with an access to the interwebs. Hate me, sure I don't mind, insult me and call me names though, that could hurt my feeling.
Edit: Ahh nuts, here I went and opened my mouth without knowing everything, so heres what I did that was really stupid, I said stuff that I confused with something else. So yeah... I feel like a moron. Erm just basically everythign else I said about majority and different religions and yeah basically thats the good stuff, everything else... not so much. :D
A Muslim can be truly Muslim when he or she is ready to impose Sharia / Islamic Law on themselves ONLY,
as for our own nations, we can only do that by democratic means. Islam is both = state of peace and Submission to Allah swt / God Alimighty, the Creator.
No, bcuz then hypocrites would act Muslim, I love freedom bcuz True Muslims do what they want, freedom is good, bcuz even God says in the Quran that there is no compulsion in religion.
Allaah has commanded us to refer matters to His judgement and to establish Sharee‘ah, and He has forbidden us to rule with anything else, as is clear from a number of aayaat in the Qur’aan, such as the aayaat in Soorat al-Maa’idah (5) which discuss ruling according to what Allaah has revealed, and mention the following topics:
The command to rule according to what Allaah has revealed: “And so judge between them by what Allaah has revealed . . .” [aayah 49]
Warning against ruling by other than what Allaah has revealed: “. . . and follow not their vain desires . . .” [aayah 49]
Warning against compromising on any detail of Sharee‘ah, no matter how small: “. . . but beware of them lest they turn you far away from some of that which Allaah has sent down to you . . .” [aayah 49]
Forbidding seeking the ruling of jaahiliyyah, as is expressed in the rhetorical question “Do they then seek the judgement of (the Days of) Ignorance?” [aayah 50]
The statement that nobody is better than Allaah to judge: “. . . and who is better in judgement than Allaah for a people who have firm Faith?” [aayah 50]
The statement that whoever does not judge according to what Allaah revealed is a kaafir, a zaalim (oppressor or wrongdoer) and a faasiq (sinner), as Allaah says: “. . . And whoever does not judge by what Allaah has revealed, such are the kaafiroon.” [aayah 44]; “. . . And whoever does not judge by that which Allaah has revealed, such are the zaalimoon (polytheists and wrongdoers)” [aayah 45]; “. . . And whoever does not judge by what Allaah has revealed (then) such (people) are the faasiqoon (rebellious or disobedient).” [aayah 47].
The statement that it is obligatory for the Muslims to judge according to what Allaah has revealed, even if those who seek their judgement are not Muslim, as Allaah says: “. . . And if you judge, judge with justice between them. . .” [aayah 42]
