My Compaq Presario f700 Won't Play Sound, Windows 7 is installed so i think it's the drivers but the windows 7 audio drivers won't install correctly, I keep getting an error message saying the drivers cannot install.

Compaq Presario computers usually use Realtek soundcard Integrated in their systems. You may have to download the new driver form here...
