look up the make And model of your Camera on the internet and look for drivers for it that match your version of windows.

I agree with John. Your probably just missing drivers. If you plug it in and nothing happens then you deffinatley need to search up the maker such as Logitech, and find a driver and/ or software for it. Good luck!

Did you install any software that came with it? If not, just pop in the included disk and it should run just fine.
