I recently moved him from a big tank to a bowl and since I've done that every time I go into my room he is, well, going to the toilet. And it's very long. Is there something wrong? :'(
This is what goldfish do. This is why they are great for cycling tanks. This is why they are not suitable to live in smaller tanks {50 gallons or less} with other fish. The other fish could and most likely would be poisoned with the waste from the goldfish and thus, die. I would keep the goldfish in the tank with gravel so it is easier to clean his tank about once a week {with a gravel cleaner hose, about 25% water change each week, 50% water change a month}. A water filter should also be used with a goldfish because of the quickness the water would turn to bad quality.
Goldfish have no stomachs, everything they eat goes right through them, that's why they are always pooping. This is why they need big tanks because they are nasty, dirty fish (I know firsthand, I have 3 in a 55 gal with 2 filters and they still make a mess...)
They are a huge great carp, greedy eaters. Now it's in a decent tank you can feed it properly and it's healthy enough to eat normally, and so it poops a lot as well.

Yes, yes they do.

Gravel vac is your friend.

They do that. But MAKE SURE you clean the tank thoroughly and often. But don't put him in a bowl. That's really bad for the fish!
"...it's very long."
That's why goldfish are also known as sh*t-factories.
Yep. That's what they are supposed to do.
