my internet explore hangs & disables my norton antivirus?
After disabling windows genuine advantage i find that my internet exploer diables itself & also my norton anti-virus and my computer does not respond to any command.
When I go to start for a shut down I get a box which says ending program. As of date this still happens. Do I have to reinstall IE.
How do I solve this problem

Re-enable WGA. Microsoft thinks you have a pirated copy. Do you? If so, buy the real thing and reinstall.
