I have only had Randal for two days, and i know i'm supposed to leave him alone.
And I left him alone both days. Then Held him today, and every time I tried, he bit me.
It's not like it hurts of anything along those lines.
But I want to just hold him, and interact with him. And get him used to being picked up, because I want to handle him as much as possible.
Is this normal?
Or should I let him adapt to his new cage for a few more days?

It's normal for him to do that, especially if he's just a baby. Just let him get used to you. Let him lick your fingers, and just let him know you're not a threat. Don't be afraid of him when he bites you, and eventually he'll figure out it doesn't help if he does that, and stop.
He might not ever get completely used to you(he might still be a bit squirmy) but he'll eventually get better, just as long as you get him used to you. 5 minutes a day is all it takes.
A couple days should be fine to get moved in. I have a couple geckos and have always started very slow with them. They don't have a clue what you are to them at first, and even when they are friendly they don't regard you as a dog or cat might, you are basically a warm tree or more specifically not a threat. Let them know you are there, don't spook them, move slow, and dont come up drom the head, come from the side or behind them I find works best. At first your hand movement could be regarded as food. With mine I always washed my hands with a mild scent soap first, something like vanilla. This makes sure your hands are clean, and also it gives them a familiar scent, I found this worked wonders with a ball python of mine that was skittish at first. When you do get a hold of them, they might not like being touched on the back, some of mine are ok, others hate it, but I always held mine over my bed so if they ran off they wouldnt get hurt. But like others said, handle 1-2 times a day for about 5-10 mins and increase time durations if things are going well.
When you get a new animal you should leave it to acclimate for 1.5 to 2 weeks, so leave him alone for awhile longer, then try to hold it.
After the acclimation period, hold him 10-15 minutes everyday, if he bites or squirms hold him until he calms down. Once he is completely used to being handled, then you can hold him longer, but until then limit handling.
It's nomal for them to do that. Mine did that for a while. Let him get to know you and how it feels to get picked up. they are the easiest Lizard to take care of. Once they get tamed they ae cool. You should pick him up a few times a day. 10-15 min a day is cool. when he bites hold him.
Jus let him ge to know you. They are very cool liard and cool o watch whn they are active. I give him a fw wks at the most.
