i visited the dentist to remove my molar.he gave two days sick leave after he was really rough with me.

am to report to work today but>>>my mouth stinks.even after i clean it.looking into the mirror i can still see the molar i was suposed to remove.its short n has clot blood. my question is when you remove a molar is it suposed to be completely removed from the gums or jus broken down ??? help please
