she is almost 9 weeks old and has had diarrhea for about a day. Should I be concerned? She is drinking enough water. She has not been eating her food for the last day.
She is current on all of her shots. I had her checked for worms about 2 weeks ago and she was fine.

This is one of the things that you need to be concerned about especially in young pups, they can become dehydrated and become ill so quickly, so don't wait and see, check wth your vet.
I hope it is just something simple and you will have awasted journey ( and bill) but it is not worth risking.
A nine week old puppy with diarrhea could be quite a few things. These include parvo, coccidia, bacterial overgrowth, dietary indiscretion (ate something she shouldn't), diet change, parasites, and several other things. If she isn't eating, she should see the vet to find out what's wrong. Until you get her in, make sure she keeps drinking plenty of water to help avoid dehydration. If you need to, use some low sodium chicken broth to encourage her to drink.
Dogs get run-of-the-mill diarrhea for the same reason people do--they've eaten something bad. For those occasional bouts, the best treatment is to switch your dog to a bland diet until it clears up.
Twice a day serve your dog a cup or so of brown rice, which acts as a binder. You can make it more appealing to your dog by flavoring it with a little chicken or beef broth, or mixing in a spoonful of cottage cheese or a scrambled egg.
Most cases of ordinary diarrhea clear up in a day or two. You'll know your dog has gotten over it when he skips one of his regular pooping sessions.
If the diarrhea persists, call your vet; it could the sign of a more serious problem.

wait on it, if its only been a day.
then take her to a vet is if continues, or is she stops eating.
feed her white rice in the meanwhile, with a little bit of barbeque sauce on it if she wont eat it plain.
she psorbably just needs a little pepto bismol to clear it up, but ask the vet for proper dosage.
ok, have you switched her food recentley? that can cause major problems! just watch her and make sure she starts eating soon and she keeps hydrated, i have read that canned pumpkin can help with diarreha and so can rice....
if it keeps up tomorrow i would suggest going to the vet.
