So I've been on a diet, and been working out daily at the gym. The last time I weighed myself during this goal I was 172 ( I don't know what I am right now) I was 180. I do this program at my gym, which is for 8 weeks and focus mostly on cardio, with some strength exercises in there too.
I've seen a drop in my weight, an a little difference in my stomach. But not considerable difference that I accept. I understand it takes a long time but how long.
I ask a pretty similar question to this. An they told me to watch some videos on YouTube of Weight Transformation, and it took them from 6-8-12 months and counting to lose the weight or make a BIG change in their look.
There are multiple question that hopefully you guys can answer for me
1) When workouts say "3 sets and 9 reps" how much weight am I suppose to put on there?
2) Is intensive cardio/strength exercise throughout the week with a 2 day rest day good to lose weight?
3) So my diets good so far, how do I get fresh food ( meat, veggies, fruits) cheap and not so expensive, I spent $37.00 on like 4 items.
4) Should I focus on my long term goal to reach 140 ( I am 172 or a little less right now) or should I focus on a short term goal in weight loss. If so, how much should I be striving to lose per week
