Yes ,you can get a fork to brake it in peaces an place it in a Ziploc bag ,then put it back in the canister,no make sense to waste all that sugar,is very expensive, that happen to me. I fix the problem that way.

My sugar does the same thing!!!! I still use the sugar and I'm fine!! i hope you don't have sugar ants, luckily i don't have that people, but my friend does!!!!!! you should be fine though!!!

this happens because you sugar got moister n it what ever you don't put bread in it it will turn moldie when you put a CRACKER in it and i wont happen

put the suger in a ziplock bag and put some water in it. then, put it in the microwave for as long as u need

if you add a peace of bread it will put moisture in it
