I try installing an XP CD but some thing called DR-DOS 7.03 keeps on piping Up? it asks me to enter a command line but I do not know any. What is the problem here, Is there a command that allows me to install the xp cd?

I am assuming you burned the disc yourself from an iso file. You may need to obtain a genuine xp disk to resolve or do as suggested in this article.

So copy a bootable image of the XP install disk to a USB memory device. Keep in mind that not all XP install disks are bootable. Some of them are upgrade disks only and if there is no OS on the primary it will not work

In the article Stephen refers to, the disc hadn`t been burned properly and the asker was receving a similar message to your`s.
He reburned the iso file using imgburn and was able to boot from the disc.
EDIT.
If you try imgburn or any other burner use the lowest burning speed to avoid errors, especially when creating a bootable disc.
