I got my navel pierced exactly 2 weeks ago, I've been cleaning it twice a day and taking good care of it however around the top ball it's still quite red, it also seems a little puffy. The area between my navel and the top ball looks kind of saggy in the past week. Could it possibly be swollen from jeans waistbands rubbing? I'd appreciate any experiences and opinions?

SSS twice a day. Navel piercings can take six months to a year or more to heal.
Don't wear tight clothes or have anything rub against it or it will end up migrating and rejecting and getting more sore and irritable too.
Always research a piercing before getting it so you know all about aftercare etc.
do some sea salt soaks
put a teaspoon of sea salt on a small glass of water and heat it up in the microwave
apply it with some cotton balls
and the swelling will go down and it will heal a lot better and a lot faster
also you can wash it in the shower with soap and water, just make sure ALL of the soap is off of it
the swelling and puffiness will go down soon and won't be a problem
and don't clean it so much
that could be irritating it
stick to just the soap in the shower
and then sea salt when it gets irritated
you don't need to clean it twice a day -- that could definitely be the cause
and if you miss a day don't worry about it
your natural body cleans it too
and just watch your clothes
otherwise you should be fine
good luck!
It certainly could be from your jeans. Jeans are very stiff and their waistbands can sometimes be tight - neither of which is good for a new piercing! Switch over to a softer, looser material around your waist, and see if that helps.
With all that said, some redness and swelling are normal in a two week old piercing.
