Of any one of the teams mentioned in your question I think the most likely (And Logical) choice would be The Chargers. Less than 2 years ago(Estimate) I saw an article in my local paper that said the San Diego county counsel gave the Chargers permission to look outside of San Diego county for a place for a new stadium. The reasons the Chargers might move include, the age of their current stadium and NFL history.. When the Chargers started in 1960 in the AFL they started in LA,to me,it would make perfect sense for them to move back to LA in a brand new stadium, that would also mean that the current divisional alignment would remain intact and not have to be changed in the event that someone like the Vikings or Jaguars were to move to LA.

No team can move until there is a stadium built in the LA area - downtown or in the City of Industry. Ground has yet to be broken.
Rams - no
Jags - perhaps
Vikings - likely
Chargers - maybe
Raiders - never again
they still need a stadium to get built, hasn't broken ground yet
None of them. LA's a three time NFL loser.
no they don't have money or space
