Nintendo DSi vs. Nintendo 3DS?
So ive had a Nintendo DSi for about a year now, and the only reason i bought it was to play Kingdom hearts, plus i like the camera feature. in December, there is a new kingdom hearts game coming out, that i plan on buying. SOOOO, i hear you cant play regular DS games on a 3DS, & so i guess im keeping my DSi & buying a 3DS. what ID LIKE TO KNOW; is it worth it? what other features does the 3DS have? HELP ME OUT HERE GAMERS. thanks very much.

You can play any Nintendo DS games on a Nintendo 3DS. It will not look as clear because it's not a Nintendo 3DS game but it is still good picture. 3D games are AMAZING!!!! They are great graphics and are REALLY fun. There are a lot of new features.One of them is the Nintendo eShop it's a lot like the Nintendo DSI shop you can buy any Nintendo games plus 3D ones. Another is the Nintendo 3DS Camera you can take 3D pics or regular and they have added a new feature were you can take 3D videos. One more really fun one is Nintendo Video. You do have to download it from the Nintendo eShop but it's free. If you connect your Nintendo 3DS to the internet then you can get updates for this. You get new videos about every 2 or 3 days. If you have ever had a Wii you know what Mii's are well you have Mii Maker on your Nintendo 3DS. You can have your Mii's from the Wii or you can make new ones. Another new feature is SwapNote. You draw and send notes to friends who also have the Nintendo 3DS system. Face Raiders is another fun one. You take a pic of someones face even your own and then you get to shoot it you can put wholes in the walls and all kinds of crazy stuff. Activity Log tell you have much you play a day and what programs. It also counts your steps. Ar Games. When you purchase your Nintendo 3DS you will find a pack of yellow cards called AR Cards. You can play all sorts of fun games with these. You can download the Pokedex 3D which is Pokemon 3D. It's free. You also have Mii Plaza. You use your fave Mii and go there. You can meet other Mii's and play fun games.Nintendo Zone is where you have to go to a certain location and get connected to the internet and then you can do all kinds of fun stuff. You also have Nintendo 3DS sound that is just like the sound thing on the DSI. And of course Nintendo 3DS download play. I hope this will help:)
Yes there is 3D there is DS backwards compatibility. Great graphics netflix, Hulu. The internet browser is WAY faster than Dsi and there are mii makers augumented reality games. Video capturing and stop motion making, the eshop has old games Dsi store titles and original titles made for 3DS. Nintendo sends out random 3D videos for you. The new 3DS games are really good so far with tons more coming! It comes with a free SD card. YOU CAN PLAY REGULAR DS GAMES but of coarse they aren't in 3D. And more that I can't seem to. Recall oh and there are also demos in the eshop and yeah there's more but I can't remember plus they update it very often!

Nintendo 3DS is worth it, the Nintendo 3DS has way better graphics (can rival at least the gamecube and maybe the Wii) and a more powerful system. The games require one friend code from your system, so you have a friend's list. There is 3D video recording and pictures. You can send letters to your friends on SwapNote, and there is NetFlix and Pokedex 3D. Also, the eShop will have 3D games for you to download.
You can play regular DS games on a 3DS. 3DS has the obvious 3D feature, more game options, the download shop and more stuff that I can't think of at the time. I think it's worth it just for the new games which have much better graphics than regular DS games.
Meh, so many people can't play the 3DS because of the blinding headaches the system gives. Also, there's not really any games that are that good yet. Go ahead and buy it if you have the money.
