The best bet is to eat as much fresh foods as possible. And make homemade so you know what is in it. If you are single and don't like making huge meals for one. Make the huge meal, seperate into single servings and freeze. (but don't use the microwave- it can be dangerous to your health also)

Don't eat those cup noodles. They contain dangerous chemicals. Well the flavoring does.

MSG isn't actually dangerous. The FDA actually ranks it as more safe then table salt.
