The Sentra has more power.
In terms of spare parts both should be readily available should anything happen to the car. It's very easy to find parts for the SR20 and the Honda's parts are cross referenced with the D-Series motor... so its easy to find parts for both.
In terms of space both of them are equal, and resale value are the same.
