Hello, please don't make fun of this because i'm a little nervous and i am reluctant to go to the doctor just yet.
I have had loose stools for over a month now but it's not like diarrhea it's just loose and broken into pieces, i have bowel movements in the morning always after breakfast and sometimes around late evening and it just shoots out of me.
I have no abdominal pain i have lots of energy i actually changed my eating habits for the better, i stopped eating white rice i replaced it with brown and i upped my vegetable and fruits intake and i cook low fat. I decided to improve my health especially since my doctor said i have a fatty liver but not severe, she just told me i should stop eating too many sweets and fattening foods.
I am nervous about this since i've never really had it like this, at first i thought that it was because i was getting a lot of fiber.
Any help is appreciated

Loose poop is from eating a lot of fat food's and allso whole grains aswell just please cut down you eating diet and you will be just fine.
