We just bought a new laptop and when we got home we started it up and it didn't have anything at all on it. Every time I click on something it tells me "The server process could not be started because the configured identity is incorrect. Check the user-name and password." So what exactly am I suppose to do? Also there's not even an internet explorer option on my computer. We have wireless but can't figure out how to connect it. Help please?
