I have something called Hypopituitarism, a thyroid and pituitary illness. I went to the obg-yn 2 months ago, and got all the tests and she said I'm not pg and I am. Please don't answer to that. Normal pregnancy women don't get it and keep asking y. Anyways I'm going this Thursday and praying to God that I will get the proof this time. I am pregnant with alot of symptoms and I believe i am now in my second trimester. I have no support what so ever. My ex bf doesnt talk about it, I dumped him, he still loves me. My sister and mom think I'm just making it up. I keep telling my sis and she thinks I'm a skitzo or something. I feel alone and am worried about financial things. You ask y u having a baby in the first place. I didnt think I could get pregnant. Doc told me I couldnt unless intervention. What do i do? I'm pregnant and it's like knowone even knows it exists. Please give me info , and please no rude peeps, I'm emotional already. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks

all of us go thru hard times but the important thing it's to stay calm, think clear and look for solutions....if your bf did love you he would support you not turn his back on you. Mom and sis will eventually understand when you show them the positive test. Would it be possible that you wren't pg and you may be having symptoms due to your illness- I don't mean to be rude - it's just that if you think you are that far along it should've showed in a test already. Talk to your family and work things out, it's the only advice I can give u. Also you could find a part time job...yes babies are expensive, formula, diapers, clothing, etc...It's good that you are worried because money is defenately an issue when becoming a parent. have you felt the baby move??? Honestly do you think all the symptoms could be in your head. There have been many times I thought I was pregnant because of this or thAT and I wasnt i was just freakin myself out. I was told I couldnt have kids and I have a 10 month baby now. Drs arent always right. But I have never heard the drs pregnancy tests be wrong. If you didnt get a blood test have your dr run one there is no way if you are actually pregnant the test can come back NEG.
Once you get proof then that will be it. Until then I would just not mention it since that seems to be the problem. Also, if you pop negative again beg your doc for an ultrasound. With a pituitary/thyroid problem all kinds of weird things happen to a persons body. If you aren't being treated for either issue I don't know what to tell you. Once you have the positive and the sonogram to prove it then they will have no choice but to believe you.
What about a home pregnancy test? Getting a second opioion to prove that your pregnant. I think once you can prove that you are actually preggo then the rest will fall into place and some will come around. I've never heard of this before... might want to get the media involved... only kidding.

I think you confused me, you said the doctor said the tests showed you are not pregnant but you are? How do you know you are pregnant? A doctors office test is pretty accurate, if you were in your second trimester and the doc took a test you would have HCG levels in your system and the test would have detected it. I think that maybe you need to go see another kind of doctor.
I had a friend once that swore on her life that she was pregnant, never took a pregnancy test or visited a doctor. She did develop the stomach though. But towards the end of her "supposed" pregnancy she had to go to the hospital, then the doctor broke the news to her that she wasn't pregnant! Then she lost her mind and was sent away! It was pretty horrible!
Have you taken a home pregnancy test? If you are in your second trimester, it should be fail-proof. Doctor's generally perform pregnancy tests through blood work, and this is generally 100% accurate. Good Luck.

if you believe you are pregnant and you're not getting the support, it's only because your doctor confirmed that you are not pregnant. since you seriously believe that you are, i would suggest going to another doctor, or even see if your current doctor could do an ultrasound to see if there is anything there. and that will tell you if you are or aren't.
Without proof of pregnancy no one is gonna believe you.
