Honestly theres no difference between the "offical" and anyother HDMI you buy. The "offical" one is there only so M$ can make some more cash. Most likely, you won't be able to notic the difference between 1080i & 1080p

and 1080i and 1080p are about the same you wont be able to see the dif if you arnt recording your tv with a recoder
