I hear voices, footsteps, and feel cold blasts. All of these are signs of paranormal activity. I should also mention that I live in a dorm and have my window open but that is obivously irrelevant. How do I get rid of these ghosts?

You live in a dorm with people who sometimes talk and walk around in other rooms and you leave a window open to allow cold air to come in.
Nice try troll.
Every human brain has a chemical in it called DMT and it is produced in the pineal gland in the center of your brain. DMT is a mild hallucinagen which is released when we sleep, meditate or experience a tragedy.
You aren't experiencing paranormal activity. You are having a hallucinative drug trip produced by your own body. It is like a drug overdose and it is caused by a chemical imbalance that we sometimes experience. It isn't reality but it feels very real and it is scaring you. You will wake up from it soon. If it continues, you should see a doctor.
You have a right to live a life without being scared to death of your own body's chemicals. I'm not being sarcastic when I say that science does have medicine that can calm that DMT burst down a little bit.
Could be you are hearing other people in the dorm walking around and talking and the wind is blowing through the window outside. I think you're being funny but if there really is no one there and you are hearing things or smelling things that aren't there, go see a doctor.
Drop out of school, leave the dorm, and devote your time to helping atheists artificially age bones, and bury them, so as to deceive scientists into believing that Genesis is not absolutely accurate.
Come back in the summertime. The ghosts will be mysteriously gone. I know, real spooky, right? :)

Tell them to get out, otherwise pay rent at the end of the month.
Not ghosts, but demonic activity does exist.
You need a roommate of the opposite gender and all will right itself.
