Oral diflucan vs. IV diflucan?

My yeast infection keeps getting worse instead of better. The oral diflucan and gention violet that usually works well is pointless. I'm really frustrated. I would be willing to go inpatient for IV diflucan if there is a chance it will work. Anyone know if the IV stuff would be more effective?

Update:

We've cultured it and it is yeast that is suposedly sensitive to diflucan, but the oral stuff does nothing.
