Most of the so called free things from any of the networks only apply when sent to other phones in this country and not when sent outside the UK. The same applies then the phone is used abroad and messages are sent from your phone while there.

They cost more and are either added to your bill or if on payg, taken from your credit.

Some of the networks send you a message now & again while you are abroad to let you know the rate you would be charged (like 3 did for me while in Tenerife last week).

Your internet, minutes and texts are for you to use in the UK only. Using your phone abroad can be rather expensive.You could buy an internet bundle, call 150 and speak to orange, they will tell you how much it costs.

Unfortunately you will be charged at standard rates which is 20p a go they don't do any deals that use extra texts from allowances to compensate, you can check full terms for calling/texting abroad here

the 300 free texts are uk based only...it will cost you to text egypt.
