no drinks dont contain fat, youre missing the point in drinking orange (presuming you mean the 100% natural squeezed stuff, not the ones with sugar and artificial cr*p in them) juice as opposed to coke. orange juice releases natural fructose sugars in your blood slowly so that you have a level even supply of energy and you are alert and strong.
Coca-cola has glucose sugars and when you drink it they go straight into your bloodstream giving you a sudden sugar high, making you strong for a few minutes but once the sugar rush wears off you are drained of sugar and become weak tired and drowsy.
Coke. i do no longer look after orange juice lots. Now if I had to choose between apple juice and Coke, or Ruby crimson grapefruit juice and Coke, then i'd choose those juices relatively of Coke.
Orange juice is packed full of sugar and a lot of it will do you no good at all. If you're drinking diet sodas, you're far better off sticking to them rather than juice. If you're drinking regular sodas you might as well just eat neat sugar.

my father always make me make fresh orange juice for him;
because you can control how many sugars you put in it; or no sugar at all.

you won't gain weight by drinking coca-cola but it's very unhealthy,it damages your teeth and your insides
also orange juice is very healthy as it provides vitim C and counts as one of your five a day :)
