Three days ago, I took an extra-strength paracetamol capsule (500 mg) at about 8am and then, forgetting about it, drank about 0.1l of 30% alcoholic beverage at about 3pm. I have read that these two, if taken together, can cause liver damage after a couple of days, but does it apply for such quantities and time difference? I am actually feeling slight pain on the right side of my belly which is making me worried.
