A few months ago and then again two days ago I experienced this feeling I have never experienced before.
It happened both times while I was standing. It wasn't really a pain, but it was a very strange, "dizziness/fainting" feeling in my lower back. It lasted for about 30 seconds and made me feel like I lost all strength and ability to move and was stuck in that position, paralyzed, even though I really wasn't. It wasn't painful at all...the feeling is very hard to explain. It felt like I was going to fall unconscious and faint, but I didn't and within a few seconds I was fine.
Any idea what it could be? Had never had anything like that happen to me before.

You may need to get more fluids & drink more water. One of the most common causes of dizziness and fatigue is dehydration. Other common causes of dizziness and fatigue include environmental factors such as breathing polluted air saturated with pollutants, living in a home with problems with heating and conditioning systems, and breathing chemical fumes. It's important to consult with a qualified medical practitioner to determine if a health problem is present and to obtain medical care, so if you don't see any improvement after my suggestions, you should see a doctor for medications & further treatment.
The human body makes use of chemical, heat and light energy. Psychic energy is literally and figuratively all "in your head". If you're feeling down, eat some chocolate ice cream or go for a brisk walk. It works for everyone else in the world.
