I went to see that movie, and thought it was good, borring at times, but I liked it. It was scary at times, and it got really scarry like twice. Unfortunantly my friends dont share my opinion of it, they think it was bad. For some reason they dont like it because it's not actually real, even thou it's made to look like it is.
Do you think it not being real takes away from its rawness? Also, they thought the part towards the end, where the girl gave that eveil smile, they thought it was corny.

I thought paranormal activity was the scariest movie i have ever seen. I was getting frusterating with horror films these days becuase they just aren't scary anymore. But with this one, I was proven wrong and extremely satisfied by it .
I think that they did an amazing job at making it look and feel so real. The acting was brilliant. And the fact that there were just the littlest things, like a moving door or a random bang in the house that was supposed to be scary and actually was! I don't think that it not being real took anything away from it. I think it made it better! The fact that it isn't real, but it was able to create a feeling of extreme truth, you know?
I guess looking now, the smile may have been corny, but because it was so well done, it means nothing to me. It was terrifying. I had tears at the end I was so afraid. The end it.. just.. the scariest thing ever! haha man, I love that movie. I'm happy to say that i've seen the scariest movie in the world!
Eh, it wasn't my cup of tea. I thought it was boring until the kinda cool ending and the night scenes were kinda cool.
