If your parents are deciding to get divorced then there's really nothing you can do. It's a rule of life that problems you didn't create are generally not problems you can solve. Whatever happened is between you and your parents, which isn't to say that it doesn't affect you. About half of marriages end in divorce, which leaves a lot of kids that have to pick up their lives and move on. It can be done, and eventually you'll adjust to your new life.
I know it's hard when your parents are getting a divorce but you really have to understand that there is little you can do to prevent a divorce if it's going to happen. Not what you want to hear I know but it's not about anything to do with you, it's about their relationship. If their relationship has got to the point where they really can't be together anymore, sometimes it's best for them to be apart. Even if just for a little while. It's tough to know what advise to give as I don't know how old you are and what type of communication you have with your parents but have you told them that you are upset by the idea of them getting a divorce? Maybe you could ask if they would consider counselling before making a firm decision or having a trial separation while they have counselling to see if there can't be some common ground to found.
Not knowing what the fight was about I can only say that when two people's relationship breaks down it can be really tough to put it all back together and learn to have the same feelings they once shared without all the nasty stuff eventually getting in the way. If it can be done, it makes the relationship that much stronger but sometimes, done is done.
I wish you the very best, but while all this is going on, if either parent starts talking trash about the other be very upfront with that parent and tell them respectfully that it hurts you when they speak badly of the other parent and would they please not speak that way around you because you love them both. I hope everything gets resolved peacefully one way or the other.

You cannot help what your parents decide to do in life.
If they are constantly fighting, this is not good for them
or for you. You must accept reality, tho it's sad when
mom and dad separate. You don't need to make up
anything to others if they divorce. You merely say they
felt both would be happier with this decision.
Hide under your covers.
um idk how i can help:/ sorry
