does any one know how to make that parmsan bread that they have at sizzlers (buffet resteraunt in Australia) or any other realy yum parmesan breads? thanks for your help
I've never been to sizzlers but this is really good. Get a loaf/roll/whatever of Turkish bread. Slice in half and then into triangles (because triangles look pretty), brush with a mixture of melted butter and olive oil and top with shredded/grated Parmesan cheese then bake in a moderate oven for 10 minutes or so. You can mush in a little crushed/chopped garlic too if you like.
